Years ago, Maryam Rajavi, the leader of the Iranian opposition, warned against the threat of Islamic fundamentalism and terrorism emanating from Tehran. But the appeasement policy by the West, especially during the eight years of the Obama administration, kept this truth hidden and allowed the Iranian regime to pursue its evil goals without fear of retribution and accountability. Presently, with the appeasement policy unraveling and the international community coming to its senses, there’s a global consensus that Iran is a bigger threat than even North Korea.

The Iranian regime’s downward spiral

On November 25, Hossein Salami, deputy commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), bragged, “Should we feel threatened by Europeans we won’t hesitate to increase the range of our missiles.”

His superior, Mohammad Ali Jaafari, IRGC’s chief Commander claims, “One-third of Iran’s population are members of the Bassij (Iran’s pro-government militias).” Meanwhile, the former Iranian ambassador to Syria gave all credits of ISIS’s defeat to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

Overthrowing Tehran’s Regime Is Imperative to Resolve Middle East Crisis

While displaying the remnants of some of the ballistic missiles and weapons that the mullahs regime provided to their mercenaries in Yemen, the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, said on Thursday, December 14, 2017 that the Iranian regime is illegally providing the Houthi militants in Yemen with dangerous weapons, and evidence shows this regime “sows conflict and extremism in direct violation of UN Security Council resolutions.” She added, “Aid from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard to dangerous militias and terror groups is increasing. Its ballistic missiles and advanced weapons are turning up in warzones across the region. It’s hard to find a conflict or a terrorist group in the Middle East that does not have Iran’s fingerprints all over it.”

Iran Demonstrate in Paris on International Human Rights Day Against Torture and Executions in Iran

A major demonstration was held in Paris on December 11, to observe the International Human Rights Day (December 10) against the mullahs’ bloodletting regime and executions and torture in Iran.

The NCRI President-elect Maryam Rajavi sent a message to the demonstration which coincided with the One Planet Summit in Paris. She said, “Saving human rights and the environment in Iran hinges on regime change.”
